From our Birmingham headquarters to your home, we ship to 90% of countries worldwide, with clear exceptions only where customs regulations prevent pet product imports (certain Asian markets and remote islands).

All international orders include:

• Duty/tax calculations at checkout (no nasty surprises)
• Biodegradable packaging materials
• Pet-friendly delivery notifications (because we know important deliveries shouldn’t coincide with walkies time)

Every order follows our 3-Paw Process:

1. Quality Check: Our Birmingham team personally inspects each item before packing
2. Climate-Conscious Packing: We use mushroom-based foam and recycled paper instead of plastic
3. Bark-Worthy Updates: Real-time tracking with delivery window alerts

Processing time: 1-2 business days (longer during holiday seasons)

Happy Returns Policy

If your pet turns their nose up at something (it happens to the best of us!), you have 15 days from delivery to initiate returns. Simply email [email protected] with your order number – we’ll guide you through our fuss-free process.

Note: For health reasons, opened food/treats can’t be returned unless faulty.
