Ordering & Products
How do I choose the right size bed for my pet?
Each product page includes detailed sizing guides. As a general rule, measure your pet from nose to tail base while sleeping, then add 15-20cm for comfort. When in doubt, size up – pets love extra space to stretch!
Are your pet foods nutritionally complete?
Absolutely! All our dry foods meet or exceed UK pet food standards. Look for the “complete diet” label on product pages. For puppies, we offer specially formulated foods to support their growth.
How do I know if a toy is suitable for my dog’s chewing style?
Our toys are clearly marked as “gentle”, “moderate” or “power” chewers. If your dog destroys toys quickly, look for our indestructible range with reinforced stitching and durable materials.

What delivery options do you offer?

- Free Eco-Friendly Delivery: 15-25 day delivery via EMS for orders over £50
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 90% of countries worldwide from our Birmingham headquarters. The only exceptions are certain Asian markets and remote islands where customs regulations prevent pet product imports. Checkout will automatically show if we deliver to your location.
How are duties and taxes handled?
No nasty surprises! Our checkout system calculates all applicable duties and taxes upfront, so you’ll see the total cost before payment. All international orders include this transparent pricing.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If your pet turns their nose up at something (it happens to the best of us!), you have 15 days from delivery to initiate returns. Simply email [email protected] with your order number for our fuss-free process. Note: For health reasons, opened food/treats can’t be returned unless faulty.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-10 additional days).
