At Beeztys Zone, we want you and your furry friends to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is as simple as teaching your pup to sit!
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition (unused, unopened, with tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened packages of Dry Food or Treats
- Used Bowls and Feeders or Puppy Supplies
- Damaged Toys that show signs of chewing
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
- Our “Payment Pups” team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package your item securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our Birmingham facility (address provided with your RAN)
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns, indicating you’d like an exchange in your email
- Specify the replacement item you’d prefer
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
