Order Processing
We’re quick like a pup chasing its tail! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two tail-wagging good shipping options to suit your needs:
1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Delivered via DHL or FedEx
– Arrives within 10-15 business days after dispatch
2. Free Shipping
– Available for orders over £50
– Delivered via EMS
– Arrives within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international orders due to customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your pet goodies every step of the way!
Our Return Policy
If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is as simple as teaching your pup to sit!
Return Basics
- We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order
- All items must be in original condition (unused, unopened, with tags attached)
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Please include your order confirmation or receipt
Important Health & Safety Note:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packages of Dry Food or Treats
- Used Bowls and Feeders or Puppy Supplies
- Damaged Toys that show signs of chewing
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
- Our “Payment Pups” team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package your item securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our Birmingham facility (address provided with your RAN)
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns, indicating you’d like an exchange in your email
- Specify the replacement item you’d prefer
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
